In the first half of 2023, AMAX service prices are divided into several parts, which include storage fee, unloading fee, Amazon FBA transfer fee, order fulfillment fee, return service fee, shipping fee, AMAX system account use fee.
AMAX system account use fee is the minimum charge of each customer for the use of all resources of AMAX company, including WMS management system, warehouse, logistics, order fulfillment service, return service, and customized service The standard fee is $100 per month. If the service fee exceeds $100, it will be charged according to the actual service fee, if the service fee is less than $100, it will be charged of $100. This price starts on January 1, 2023.
1. Storage Fee
Storage fees are mainly charged according to the volume and the shape of the goods. A long term storage fee may be applied depending on the circumestance.
The storage fee is generally charged by per cubic meter per day or by per pallet per day.
Notes:
1. From October to December every year, a 20% storage fee may be applied for the storage fee.
2. Billing starts from the day the goods arrive at the warehouse and ends on the day the goods leave the warehouse.
3. The minimum volume of inventory in calculation is 0.2 cubic meters, and if it is less than 0.2 cubic meters, it will be calculated as 0.2 cubic meters.
4. The storage fee is based on the total volume of the goods on the day, and the total volume of the goods is updated according to the daily inbound and outbound goods.
5. The pallet size of AMAX warehouse is according to the American standard size (1.2m x 1.0m x 1.8m). If the size exceeds the standard, it will be distributed in multiple pallets.

If the irregular shape goods' longest side is 3 meters, the fee will be 3x12=36.

Pallet Is Damaged And Needs To Be Replaced $18.0/pallet
The pallet is damaged and cannot be operated by the forklift, and the pallet needs to be replaced and reloaded all goods.

Arrival Without Notification In Advance $10.0/event
New or returned goods arrive without notification in advance, warehouse operator needs to identify customer information through the goods appearance and notify the customer.

Count Loss In Damaged Carton $30.0/carton
The outer carton is seriously damaged and the loss inside the box needs to be counted and reported to customer.
Notes:
1. If there is any discrepancy between the advance notice and the actual situation, the actual situation shall prevail.
2. If there is a mixture of pallets and cartons in the container, the pallets and the cartons will be charged separately.
3. AMAX recommends to put the same SKU on pallet or in carton to avoid unnecessary mixture.
3. Counting Fee
For dropshipping and transfer shipmeng in AMAX warehouse, AMAX will check the SKU type and count the quantity of the goods on pallets and cartons. Then AMAX will check the customer forecast information in the system to confirm the number received or adjust the number according to the actual number received if it is inconsistent.
For small size goods in cartons, AMAX will negotiate with the customer in advance to decide whether it is necessary to unseal the carton to check SKUs and count the quantitiy insde. If not, the inventory information is only a nominal quantity as the number marked or labeled on carton. The actual quantity will be updated once the carton is open for fulfillment and the actual number is inconsistent as marked or labeled.
For pallets that do not need any operation after the arrival of the pallets, AMAX will not count the SKU type and the quantity of the goods. AMAX will count the number of cartons upon customer’s request and it will incur a counting fee.
For the goods that do not need dropshipping service in AMAX warese, AMAX can still unseal cartons to check the goods insde upon customer’s request. The actuall SKUs and quantity will be reported to customer, and the cartons will be sealed back.

4. Transfer Pallet To Amazon FBA Warehouse
Transfer the goods from AMAX warehouse to Amazon FBA warehouse. AMAX will place the goods on pallet and wrap it with stretch film. AMAX will arrange the truck company to pick up. For small quantity of goods that do not need pallet, AMAX will ship as normal order fulfillment to Amazon FBA address.

In case the courier company can not deliver on time or for missing goods (system shows delivered but actually not in warehouse), AMAX needs to go to the courier company warehouse to search the goods upon customer's request.
Notes:
If customer needs AMAX to arrange LTL truck company to deliver, AMAX will get LTL truck company quote and get approval from custome before advancing.
5. Dropshipping And Order Fulfillment
5.1 Warehouse Check-in And Check-out Fee
AMAX warehouse check-in and check-out is the standard process of customer’s goods in and out AMAX WMS system and warehouse.
Check-in is the process that customer’s goods arrive at AMAX warehouse, the actual SKUs and quantity are counted, the goods are placed on designated SKU shelf or cell in dropshipping area. The inventory information is updated in WMS system.
Check-out is the process that according to customer order fulfillment information, the goods will be picked, packed, shipping label placed and delivered to courier company. The inventory information is updated in WMS system.

0.60×2+0.66×1+ 0.25x(3-1) = $2.36
5.2 Other Service Fees

6. Return Service
6.1 Returned Goods Receiving Fee
Goods are returned from Amazon FBA warehouse or consumers directly to AMAX warehouse.

Notes:
1. If the goods are returned to the warehouse from Amazon FBA or consumers, there will be no rejection and the receiving fee will be charged based on actual quantity.
2. If the goods can not be identified immediately, the receiving fee will be charged once the customer is identified.
3. If the goods can not be identified finally, AMAX will dispose the returned goods.
6.2 Returned Goods Storage Fee
AMAX will store the returned goods and wait for instruction from customer on how to deal with the returned goods.

If the customer does not pay the storage fee and does not provide instruction on how to deal with, AMAX will dispose the returned goods and charge the disposal fee.

Per customer’s request, AMAX will dispose the returned goods.

7. Shipping Fee
Customers can buy shipping service through AMAX WMS system. AMAX WMS system is integrated with US major courier companies like FedEx, UPS, USPS. Customers can get a quote from different courier companies and different shipping type. After the purchase, AMAX warehouse operators can print the shipping label and place on packages. Since AMAX has corporate discount (up to 60% off) with these courier companies, it is always a good option for customers to buy shipping service through AMAX WMS system. However, if customers have their own shipping labels purchased through their accounts, AMAX will only print and place on package.
If customers choose to buy shipping service through AMAX WMS system, AMAX will charge customer according to the actuall shipping fee plus 5% of system use fee. AMAX will usually choose the lowest price of the shipping method on behalf of customers, unless customers rise specific shipping requirement like time limit for specific orders. AMAX will select the shipping method and get approval from customers. For buying shipping service through AMAX WMS system, customers need to deposit a certain balance of shipping fee in their shipping account (usually $1,000). Once the shipping account is lower than $100, AMAX will notify customers to recharge the shipping account. After the service is finished, the remain of shipping account balance will be refunded.

The truck pick-up and delivery order submitted through AMAX's LTL account, AMAX will contact the truck company and truck driver to complete the process.
For example: For goods sent from the AMAX warehouse in Dallas to a residential address in Los Angeles, California (Zip Code: 90045), the size is 20 inches x 15 inches wide x 10 inches high, and the weight is 10 pounds, the AMAX WMS system will get all shipping prices from different courier companies. We usually choose FedEx Ground Home as the shipping method, and the shipping fee is US$10.57. If the size of the goods remains the same and the weight is 10 ounces, then AMAX will choose USPS First Class as the shipping method, and the shipping fee is US$4.38.
